We have a fantastic opportunity to join a stunning 4AA Red Star property as a Head Pastry Chef in a highly regarded historical hotel set in over 50 acres of stunning gardens. We are looking for an experienced Head Pastry Chef to manage to pastry team as this busy property.
This role is a full time, permanent role with competitive salary and excellent opportunities for career progression for a strong Head Pastry chef looking for their next position Working alongside the Executive chef you will be responsible for the pastry for all of the hotels F&B outlets including afternoon teas, banqueting, restaurant desserts to include their Michelin starred restaurant.
You will have the following:
Has previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience within a large pastry operation
Sous or Head Pastry Chef experience
Ability to manage a team
Fresh food background.
Experience of pastry in top end dining as well as volume banqueting.
Flexible to work hours as required
Salary: £40,000 a year + Benefits
